hi! I’m mary-margaret!

I have always been a creative person - whether that was through dance, piano, or art - you could say it runs in my veins. Being able to capture memories is one of the best ways of expression. Generations to come will have the opportunity to look back at your moments and share them with their families; how neat is that?

Here are a few random facts about me:

1. I am named after both of my grandmothers.

2. My hair is natural - I have never dyed it!

3. One of my favourite cities is New York and one of my favourite countries is Ireland. I cannot wait to cross off more places from my travel bucket list!

4. I use way too many exclamation marks! If you have yet to see this, don’t worry, it will happen!

5. I love art and have a degree in Art History - yes that is a thing! I will gladly indulge conversations about art, galleries, and museums! I have been lucky enough to visit museums such as the MET in NYC and the V&A Museum in London.

My hope is to keep exploring the world and creating, while photographing beautifully in love couples. I know the day goes by so quickly, as I helped my sister with her wedding, so having someone there that knows the ins and outs of a wedding is always a plus! I am here to be a sounding board to bounce ideas off of, help you come up with a day of timeline, and give you suggestions when asked.

Now that you know a few things about me, I would love to get to know you! Fill out the contact form & let’s start creating magic together!

FAQ

Do your wedding packages include a second shooter?

There are three separate wedding packages, and the option to add on a second photographer to any of them.

Do you accept shot lists on the wedding day?

The only shot list I require is for family photos. This is so that during your day, you can keep your focus on you and your partner, and helps to ensure that we do not miss a grouping. Beyond this, I find that shot lists slow down the process of a wedding day, instead of having moments unfold organically.

How do I receive my photographs after our photo session?

You will receive a link to a password protected online, downloadable gallery. They are great for sharing with family and friends, especially with those that are far away!

How many photos will we receive of our wedding or session?

I stress quality over quantity, with that being said, you can approximately estimate 80 photographs per hour during a wedding day. This does not include down time or travel time, during which fewer photographs are taken. Other sessions, one can expect a minimum of 80 photographs.
